Welcome, my name is Faye Feliciano and I am the founder of Lucrative Financial Services. I graduated from the University of the East in the Philippines with a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration before I migrated to the U.S.A in 2007. I was told that working in a medical field will create career opportunities and growth, thus I attended a technical school for Medical Assistant in Microtech located in Jersey City, NJ. After graduating I made haste and started in my career, since I’ve been always fascinated with the challenging world of HealthCare. I started as a Medical Assistant working in a private office taking vitals and had the opportunity to work in a laboratory as a Phlebotomist, continuing to challenge myself in the vast areas of this industry. While working as a phlebotomist, I transitioned into a position of a Clinical Administrative Manager at an OB/GYN Practice. I was very grateful for the opportunity that was given to me which gave me the chances to explore and train myself into learning everything that I needed in this very competitive business. While transitioning into administrative management, I learned about Medical Billing and Coding which is the main foundation of all providers. Creating opportunities to meet outsource billers and providers, and learning the in and outs of their meticulous work and payment services. With many years of exposure in different aspects in working in healthcare, I’ve learned the flaws and loopholes in billing services. I became interested in learning more about billing and coding and enrolled at Penn Foster, becoming an alumni in 2015. After much hard work, determination, and perseverance I was able to passed the license exam. Adding to that, the various acquired skills and knowledge that I gained from working in different areas of medical field, I am in a position where I know the most common problems that most billing companies were facing. Due to this, and the work ethics that I possess, I provide a different approach and even more solutions to any problem. I respect the hard work of every provider and they deserve to get paid for the services that they render accordingly. The trust that is bestowed by the provider upon their billers is a very unique relationship that I admire and respect. However, with the fast-growing medical industry, some billing companies tend to forget the services that they do and provide poor quality of service because of the volume of clients that they have. And this is the reason why I decided to open my own billing company.

With more than 14 years of experience in healthcare, in both clinical and administrative, I am a Certified Biller and Coder. Also cross trained in multi specialty providers such as Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, OB/GYN, Pain Management and Laboratories. Being that I love what I do, I am detail-oriented, hard working and can easily adapt to handle different tasks in this industry, ie: Insurance verification, scrubbing claim, claim denials and AR follow-up are just to name a few. Your billing and coding stresses are my daily 9 to 5.
